As operations manager my responsibility is to develop new business and ensure that all our existing clients are happy.  It’s a great job - it gets me out of the office and meeting  interesting people. 

I love the challenge of developing logistic solutions that can enhance our customers’ business - improving profitability and saving money.  When that happens we have a real “win-win” situation and everyone is smiling!

While I can draw on my own experience - 15 years of managing logistics operations - I am fortunate in having the support of not only the rest of our in house team but also our extended network of strategic partners.  With such support we are able to provide truly innovative solutions.

I consider myself privileged to work with such a group of committed colleagues where everyone, from the most junior “shop-floor” member to the most senior, has a “can do” approach to their work and solving problems.
