My seventeen year career in warehousing and logistics started at the bottom, stacking the racks and learning the trade. Over the years I have worked my way up into management.

It makes me smile when people suggest that warehousing is just about storing boxes on the racks. Today we have to understand all the complexities from the latest security to integrating with our client’s stock system.

Invariably warehousing of stock is only one part of the logistic process and increasingly we work hard to find new solutions that can free up our client’s capital. For some clients we are involved in pick and pack solutions and even invoice their customers for them. For others, we are able to free up some much needed factory space, by us taking over their raw materials storage delivering to their factory, as required.
